Colorwyld Luncheon

Last month, I joined forces with my pals at  Never Like it Anyway,  Late Afternoon , and  Celadon & Celery  for  Color Wyld , a luxury retreat for creative professionals.   Bess of Celadon & Celery hosted the event at her lovely studio in L.A., where attendees were treated to a floral workshop, gorgeous hand-selected flowers, and Kate Somerville gift bags.

SOUP

chilled spring pea avocado lime coconut mint soup, black pepper creme fraiche, borage flowers (plated)


SALAD

seasonal shaved vegetable salad, burrata (yellow beets, red beets, candied beets, shaved fennel, shaved asparagus, shaved zucchini ribbons)


PROTEINS

brined salmon filet, dill caper lemon creme fraiche

chicken confit, sauce balsamico, parsley, lemons


SIDES

haricot vert, spring onion bagna cauda

beet quinoa spring vegetable fattoush

seasonal fruit, whipped honey ricotta
