German wines event

Wines of Germany poured over 30 varieties of Riesling. Yes, that's right only Riesling. We were asked to pair one hors d'oeuvres with a station pouring 4-6 Rieslings each. No pressure. Working closely with talented sommeliers we developed perfectly harmonious bites to compliment the varieties of wines. We loved being a part of something so niche and special with lots of industry friends in attendance. It was a magical night, indeed.

smoked pepper tomato marinara


GRAUBURGUNDER

shredded duck, castelvetrano olive agro dolce, housemade tostada


SPATBURGUNDER

wild mushroom truffle agnolotti
