Contest Time! What's Your Favorite Spring Recipe?

It's CONTEST TIME! Our motto here is "Love people and cook them tasty food," so we want to know YOUR favorite springtime recipes that you cook for you and your loved ones! 


Spring is nearly in the air here, and we cannot wait! Our spring menu is full of fresh produce and whole foods; we can't wait to cook it all! Check out a sample of our spring menu:

SAMPLE SPRING MENU

HORS D’OEUVRES

avocado mousse, watermelon radish, 

mango, cilantro, cucumber cup

beet–pickled deviled eggs, chives

pork rilletes, pickled shallot, paper crostini

SALADS

bloomsdale spinach, pickled green strawberries, 

feta, pinenuts, red onion, honey cider vinaigrette

PROTEIN

overnight brined salmon filet, 

dill caper lemon creme fraiche

salt crusted hanger steak, herb pistou

SIDES

asparagus, burrata, lemon, mint, olive bread

roasted fingerling potatoes, romesco

haricot vert, spring onion bagna cauda
