Spring Has Sprung! A Look Into Our Spring Menu

Happy First Day of Spring! We are so loving the warm weather here in Los Angeles, and a new season means fresh new, colorful produce! Take a look at our new additions to our menu, as well as spring TOP classics that will make your event shine bright. 

A staple here at Taste of Pace is our beet-pickled deviled eggs! Our guests can't get enough of them– they always end up as a crowd favorite.

FIVE NEW SPRING HORS D'OEUVRES!

We're excited to announce five new additions to our classic TOP hors d'oeuvres selection:

JJ Lone Daughter blood orange, Valdivia Farm English pea, burrata, extra virgin olive oil, warm ciabatta toast

 miso sapporo pulled pork, pickled ginger, cilantro, brioche

korean-style short rib, coconut milk carrot puree, scallions, cilantro

salmon rillettes, goat cheese, herb crostini, fin herb

hamachi crudo, pickled shallots, serranos, chipotle mayo, little gem lettuce boats

overnight brined salmon filet, dill caper lemon creme fraiche
